I wanted to let everyone know that the North Shore Jazz Project is having a dynamite fund-raiser next Sunday the 10th, with Barrence Whitfield and Preacher Jack… a rockin’ afternoon guaranteed. It’s at Chianti’s in Beverly, 1-4. $17 in advance on the website, http://www.northshorejazzproject.org/events.html and $20 at the door, which includes Rich Marino’s yummy and complimentary appetizers. Don’t miss this. The first one was SRO with people unable to get in, so get your tickets.
