Listen to Adam Marx's interview with Renée Cooper and Di Hall from One Journey Consulting on Personal Empowerment Through Life's Tough Transitions
Renée Cooper
The breakdown of my marriage had me question many things about my life, including my life’s work. Over the course of my 4-year separation, I pursued a rigorous personal exploration (which continues to this day). I emerged from that time of my life with a passion for using my coaching expertise in the service of helping others who are traveling the path of divorce. Di Hall
While these achievements were adrenalin-producing and externally applauded, they were internally exhausting and unfulfilling. By the time I was 36 and facing divorce for the second time I was compelled to take on the internal examination of who I was and who I wanted to be-- in all aspects of my life including parenthood, couple-hood and career. I embarked on a 5 year journey of personal discovery, and emerged from it with clarity for what was important to me, who I wanted to be in the world, and a renewed sense of purpose. I am grateful for the journey I call my life. I’m passionate and inspired by people’s stories, seeing the possibilities that lie ahead for them and being a guide and companion on their journeys.
